Empirical Research on Employees' Work Pressure and Performance in Multinational Enterprise

摘要
The research object is the managers and the grassroots employees in multinational enterprise, and investigates its work pressure and performance by related scale. The results show that the factors which influence supervisors' work performance and ordinary employees' work performance are slightly different; the organizational factors, human relations pressure, career development and overall performance pressure significant negative correlations; work pressure by work itself, organizational factors, human relations pressure and career development pressure have predictive power to the whole job performance.
