摘要
Data was collected from 648 Chinese enterprise employees and the results indicated: (1) Male participants showed a remarkably higher level of FIW than females, and the interaction between gender and position also significantly affected FIW. (2) WFC was a powerful predictor of job burnout while demographic variables were controlled.
