摘要：
In order to improve the quality of the citizens, the state encourages people to participate in sport and to strengthen the emphasis on physical education teaching, will enhance the quality of people's physical fitness as an important task. Meanwhile in the economic development and social stability situation, the masses of self-health made higher demands began to strengthen the importance of sports. In this paper, the author of the actual situation of the people involved in sports, analyzes the factors that influence our mass participation in sport, focusing on effective countermeasures mass participation in sport, the purpose is to provide reference and basis for the realization of the national health plan.
