摘要
A new triterpene, pogostem (1), and a new phloroglucinol derivative, pogostemon D (2), were isolated from the aerial parts of Pogostemon auricularius (L.) Hassk. Their structures were determined from a combination of 1D NMR, 2D NMR, and HR-ESI-MS. Furthermore, pogostem (1) inhibited the proliferation of five human cancer cell lines, KB, SW-480, AGS, Hep-G2, and LU-1, with IC50 values ranging from 45.92 +/- 5.65 to 65.83 +/- 7.05 mu g/mL.
