摘要
This paper proposes a CMOS latch suitable for frequency divider application To demonstrate the high-speed and low-power characteristics, we have developed a 64:1 divider with a 0.15-mu m CMOS technology. The maximum operating frequency of 11.8 GHz has been achieved with a power consumption of 31 mW from a 2.0-V supply.
