摘要
The incidences of the construction project accidents always lie in the first place of every industry, the losses are very enormous every year. This paper bases on the characteristics that are showed by every stage during the course (2) of engineering construction. On the on hand, this paper uses the AHP to select the risk indexes that are showed of every stage and compare them. On the other hand, this paper carries on uncertain analysis to these risk indexes according to the weight of these risk indexes, in order to judge its influence of impact on whole construction project and its intensity. According to the above-mentioned results, we can inspect the pointed control to the important indexes and courses especially, in order to achieve the effective risk control purpose. This risk control model was used for a key construction project of Hunan Province, and the final result shows that it reached a satisfactory result.
