The Research of Risk Evaluation of Agent Construction Project Based on Group AHP

Agent construction system is a new project management mode to meet the need of modem engineering construction, and is an innovation of government investment engineering management mode. There are some positive aspects and some risks during the implementation. This paper analyses the risk factors based on the agent construction system with projects characteristics, establishes risk indicator system, utilizes AHP and group decision - making methods to measure the weights of these factors, calculates the risk degrees with Delphi technique which considers the experts' trust, and finally, the paper gives an example to show how to use this method. This paper sets up a reasonable and effectively method for projects risk management with agent construction system.
