Analyzing the Dimensions of Users' Needs in E-government Services

摘要
Nowadays, fulfilling the needs has been identified as the main challenge in implementation of e-government services. However, the research on the implementation of e-government service from demand side is rather limited. So the paper analyzed the dimensions of needs in e-government services from different perspectives, which is based on the Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, Kano model and Importance-Satisfaction Model, in order to help government authorities fully understand the needs and expectations of citizens in delivery of e-government services.
