摘要：
How to reduce logistics cost is a main concern in contemporary logistics. This article attempts to find the distribution laws governing logistics costs by making an international comparison. By analyzing the modes of logistics cost management in some developed countries, the article proposes management innovation be adopted in logistics enterprises to reduce costs for higher profit margin.
