摘要：
This paper puts forward that the logistics cost is one of the factors that affect the logistics service innovation. And hierarchical structure model of logistics service in the view of logistics cost is put forward based on the analysis of the relationship between logistics service and logistics cost. By using the value engineering analysis method, the relationship between design function of logistics service innovation and life cycle cost of logistics service is analyzed, and the value evaluation model of logistics service innovation is put forward, which provides a set of scientific evaluation method for enterprises to develop logistics service innovation.
