摘要：

Chinese automobile logistics industry foundation had the very big enhancement since the reform and the open policy for 20 years; But the independent product technical development ability was weak relatively has restricted the new product development. The influence that independent product technical development ability was weak is negative for sustaining development of automobile logistics industry in China; it is biggest obstacle with restrict automobile logistics industry development, it is key question must be solved. The innovation is the developed basic way to automobile industry moving towards gradually by the immature condition in any countries. Whether does the national automobile logistics industry industrial organization effectively promote each kind of research and the development operation, it provides continually, the full drive for entire industrial technology advancement, that is important attribute decided this country automobile logistics industry technology advancement speed, the way and the concrete achievements cannot be substituted. The studies are influence to the automobile logistics industry cluster of the management innovation which the government leads from the system theory angle.
