摘要：

To evaluate the national automobile industry independent innovation capability,the paper studies the relevance and action mechanism between independent innovation capability and knowledge first. Then,Independent innovation capability evaluation system is constructed by selecting evaluation indexes and evaluation model based on the knowledge. The system could evaluate qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes accurately. At last, the evaluation system is verified valid and practical by taking a national automobile enterprise as an example.
