The Researches on Mechanism Innovation of Developing Environmental Logistics

Green logistics is a composite system composed by economy, technology, ecology, society and other factors, which is the inevitable choice for sustainable development. Logistics industry develops rapidly in China these years, and green logistics concept is growing in popularity also. But there is still a large gap in green logistics development compared with developed countries. There are a lot of issues such as lack of effective supply and social demand, structural imbalances in regional development, resource-based extensive mode of operation, low efficiency of the logistics etc. In the development of logistics industry currently in China, green logistics is driven not only by market mechanism, but more importantly by some other innovative mechanisms also, including an effective incentive system and supervisory mechanisms established by government, green supply chain operation mechanism, promoting mechanism of technological advances, global economic integration competitive mechanism.
