摘要
With the productivity level increasing, People are paying more and more attention to the huge potentialities in the logistics system. It has become important matter to modernization production that how to dig the potentiality of logistics, reduce the cost of production, improve the response of enterprise's to market changes, optimize the organization and administration of the enterprise and enhance the enterprise's total efficiency. The logistics is important construction to the modern enterprise. This paper deals with an investigation of the production process and logistics condition in the SMT department of one enterprise as example. Using the theory and method of enterprise logistics system, the equipment in the department re-layout is designed by the method of minimum load, and the logistics system becomes more reasonable and effective.
