摘要
Supply chain management is an integrated concept and method of management, which emphasizes the efficiency and benefit of whole supply chain, lays stress on the cooperation of enterprises, and increases the whole competitive capability of the supply chain. We evaluate the availability logistics problems of the primary business in the logistics by means of the nine displaying technique in supply chain theory. The ultimate ideal solution, the removal principle within logistics theory, and the replacement theory associated with mechanical program have been applied to discover the countermeasures of optimizing the availability strategies. It is used to set up the information interactive system as well as adopt your fourth logistics mode. The ultimate ideal solution is used in order to optimize the availability logistics process.
