摘要：

At present, the extracurricular sports training in colleges and universities has received much attention. As an important composition of the traditional sports teaching, it has an important significance for the comprehensive promotion of the sports skills and the overall qualities of the students. But the levels of the extracurricular sports training and the development systems of our colleges and universities at the present stage are not perfect. In order to improve the problems existing in the extracurricular sports training of the colleges and universities, and to ensure the sustainable development of the extracurricular sports training in colleges and universities, this paper takes the existing problems in the college sports training as the breakthrough point, and proposes the corresponding measures to solve the problems, in order to offer reference for the sound and fast development of the extracurricular sports training.
