摘要：
With the rapid development of leisure sports industry, sports talents training is a pressing issue of colleges and universities. However, there is a misunderstanding about what is the sports talent. By using methods of investigation, this essay analyzed objectives, characteristics and ability of leisure sports talents, thus, indicated direction of college sports professionals training.
