摘要：

Objective of this study is to foster the modern compound applied sports talents, to promote the education reform of physical universities and to enhance the development of China's sports. By using methods of literature and logic analysis, this essay studied the education innovation and the sports talents cultivation of physical universities from the four dimensions of the core idea, the target location, the quality requirements and the mode selection. The study thinks that the cultivation of innovation sports talents should with the unique training target, the scientific curriculum system and the mechanism of timely innovation for the core idea, the service scope, service pattern and training type as the target location, the innovative entrepreneurial spirit, ability and psychological quality for the quality requirements, the "game to promote teaching", "work-integrated sports", and sustainable development for the cultivating mode. These research results are more forward-looking and systematic and scientific in related study.
