摘要
Project scheduling problem deals with the optimal allocation of resources or the optimal schedule of activities for a project. This paper considers the project scheduling problem with stochastic activity duration times, whose optimization objective is to minimize the total cost of the project under some project completion time limits. In our problem, when calculating the total cost of the project it is assumed that all the capital is obtained by loans. Three types of stochastic models are built to solve project scheduling problem with different management demands. Moreover, stochastic simulation and genetic algorithm are integrated to design a hybrid intelligent algorithm to solve the above models. Finally, some simple numerical examples are illustrated to show the effectiveness of the algorithm.
