摘要
The psychological contract theory interpretation of the human resource management activities from a new perspective. The article from the psychological contract concept and content obtaining, has analyzed the function mechanism which the psychological contract and the psychological contract violate, has discussed the dynamic relations between psychological contract and the human resources management, finally proposed a new mentality of human resource in the recruitment, training, career management, motivation and the enterprise culture aspect based on the psychological contract.
