摘要
This paper, mainly through using the survey, combined research methods of literature, academic and empirical research to study on the relationships between the contents of employee psychological contract, job satisfaction level and career satisfaction level. The research results have important reference value on human resource management innovation. New suggestions, which are relative with recruitment, culture construction, measure of psychological contract and distinguishing to different employee, also put forward.
