摘要
With the development of world economic integration, the competition of global business is increasingly fierce and the problem of personnel's rational mobility has become increasingly prominent. Enterprises often complain the shortage of internal staff and the lack of compound talents. As a result, enterprises continue to recruit staff from outside, but at the same time a lot of talent outflow from the enterprises. Through the shortage of enterprises' human resources, this paper analyzes the model of internal mobility of human resources and the existing problems, and seeks the root of the problem and makes the corresponding innovative research program.
