The Study on the Digital Management System of Construction Project

Because of the uptrend of the wider scope, higher technology level, more management risk and internationalization of participators in construction project, the informationization of construction project management should go up to digital. In these years, some scholars have studied on digital of construction project. But a systemic study on management digital of construction project hasn't exited. A digital platform system of aim management on "life cycle" (including decision-making phase, implementation phase and operating phase), omni-participators (government, industry association, owner, designer, contractor, supervisor and consulter), omni-factors (cost, time, quality, safety and environment) is constructed in this paper, based on the theory of BLM aand technology of internet and dynamic database. Meanwhile it not only synthesizes the technology of VR (Virtual Reality) and IDSS (Intelligent Decision Support System) to realize informationization, networked, intelligentization and virtuality in construction project, but also gives the advice to operate.
