The Study on Risk Culture Management in Construction Project

Construction projects are characterized by long life cycle, huge investment, and open-air operations, so there are lots of risk factors in performing process. These characteristics determine that risk management for construction project appears to be particularly important. The study on risk management in construction project is much, but inefficient. Based on lucubrating risk management in construction project, the thesis builds risk culture in construction project from four aspects as spirit cultural, system culture, behavior culture and material cultural, and then analyzes the implementation procedure. It tries to manage the risks in construction projects from the new perspective of project culture creatively to expand the methods of risk management.
