Research on College PE Teachers' Class Management

PE class teaching is one of the main forms for completing physical education, where teachers and students communicate in a most active and sensitive way. Therefore, it is of vital importance to manage the class scientifically and effectively, which is the important point in college PE teaching reform. With literature review, expert interview, analysis and induction, etc., the law of college PE teaching management is elaborated. Through organizing, coordinating and controlling the factors and links in PE teaching, grasp good learning opportunities for students and make teaching activities present good interactions between teachers and students, so as to improve the teaching quality, fulfill the PE teaching task and realize college educational goal.
