Wuhan College PE Teachers' Incentive Mechanism Research

Physical Education is an important part of higher education, school physical education teachers and school sports and cultural communicators leader in physical education, physical education teachers work motivation and attitudes directly affect students on campus sports culture and sports of interest in learning. This college in Wuhan current status of physical education teachers to study, found that physical education teachers in colleges and universities often are "vulnerable" groups, many reasonable requests received little attention, under tremendous pressure, motivation is not high, prone to burnout. Therefore, the establishment of a good teacher incentives, to strengthen and improve the overall quality of physical education teachers to ensure the sustainable development of Physical Education, is that each of the colleges and universities are facing a critical issue.
