摘要：

This research adopted the methods of questionnaire survey and interviewing to explore the actuality and impacting factors of P.E. teachers' job burnout in Hubei colleges and universities. The main results are as follows: The problem of P.E. teachers' job burnout is ubiquitous in Hubei colleges and universities, but it is not so serious. The actuality in male teachers' job burnout is worse than female teachers. The problem of depersonalization and low personal accomplishment is relatively more serious than other problems. P.E. teachers who has got master's degree feel worse about emotional exhaustion and low personal accomplishment than others. Lecturers and associate professors are facing the most serious job burnout among all the teachers. And we also should attach more importance to the phenomena that the risk of P.E. teachers' job burnout is high from the age 31 to 40.
