摘要：

Through analysis on stress of college P.E. teacher, we find that the stress derives from work factors including teaching, researching, student managing and social working. Therefore, directors of P.E. colleges and departments should pay attention to teachers' work stress, change managerial concept and utilize emotion management to moderate teachers' stress. As a result, the increasing job burnout of P.E. teachers can be resolved.
