THE PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF READER'S CULTURE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE MODERN INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT

The major problem of this article is the analysis of reader's culture as the special social phenomenon determined by the change of a cultural paradigm within the philosophy of education that postulates the research purpose - the identification of effective pedagogical technologies directing the reader's culture development in the modern information society in general and in the system of technical university, in particular. The considered subject constitutes the regularities' detection of reader's culture development of the student in the conditions of the modern information environment on the example of the Tyumen industrial university. Such notions as "the culture of reading", "reader's culture of the personality", "reader's competence" are analyzed in the light of dialectics. The application of system and axiological approaches allows considering reader's culture as an important component in the system of modern valuable orientations. The theoretical base of a research was constituted by research works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of pedagogical hermeneutics, semiotics and philosophy of education. The theoretical model reflecting the interaction system between the content, methods and forms of training process in higher education institution providing reader's culture development of the personality was created while analyzing the reader's culture of students based on FSBEI of Higher Education "Tyumen industrial university". Didactic tasks on creation of the state-of-the-art review of educational and scientific sources, carrying out the reflexive analysis of contents of written texts promoting an increase in the level of reader's culture development of the personality are offered. The diagnostic tools allowing revealing the efficiency of reader's culture development of the personality was created and approved in practice of technical university. It is shown that the reader's culture appears as an attribute of modern technical education. The concept of the psychology and pedagogical mechanism of reader's culture development of the personality in the training process at higher education institution is concretized and completed. It is revealed that an interest increase in reading is influenced by the use of modern information technologies. It is proved that valuable and semantic development of the cultural experience provided in written sources is effectively performed when studying the standard structure of the diverse information flow including as traditional (manuscripts, printing editions), and unconventional written sources of information (electronic editions, the Internet); in the course of personal interpretation of written texts; in the creative transformation of written information (creation of original linear and nonlinear texts); in active application of reading results in interpersonal communication online.
