DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT'S CREATIVITY UNDER CONDITIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

摘要
At the present stage, the formation and development of personality capable of thinking independently and creatively is of great importance. There is a need for providing psychological conditions at higher educational institutions aimed at the development of future specialists' creative potential, which will enable them to make their own decisions, to adapt quickly to changes and constantly improve themselves. Much attention is paid to the activation of students' selfstudy at higher educational institutions. The peculiarities of higher school students' creative potential are revealed in the article. The development of students' creative potential is connected to their creative competence, and independence formation. Future specialist's creative competence is understood to be the highest level of professional competence development, when a person performs his/her professional activities on the basis of creativity in a stable and continuous way. The opportunities for the development of future teachers' creative competence lie in creating training and educational environment which provides specific psychological and pedagogical means that facilitate the competencies integration into creative competence. It has been found out, that when performing various types of independent work students obtain independence, deep solid scientific knowledge, the abilities to regulate their own activity and successfully organize it, which, in its turn, leads to the development of creativity. It is important to teach future specialists to orient themselves in the information, the amount of which is constantly increasing, to use it successfully. Our study does not cover all the aspects of students' creative potential development at higher educational institutions. It can be extended in the direction of improving the psychological means of optimizing the development of future specialists' creative competence with the comparative analysis of the peculiarities of the creative competence of specialists of different specialties.
