Crizotinib is now used for ALK-positive adenocarcinoma of the lung. To the best of our knowledge it has not been used concurrently with radiation. We report the first case where a patient safely tolerated crizotinib with concurrent whole-brain radiation therapy for brain metastases in ALK-positive adenocarcinoma of the lung. The patient had a good response to the combination with improved performance status.
