Domain structure investigation of nonstoichiometric strontium ferrites/cobaltites by means of X-ray scattering methods using synchrotron radiation

摘要
We consider the results from structural studies of non-stoichiometric strontium ferrites/cobaltites upon heating in air, performed using diffraction techniques with synchrotron radiation. The results from Monte Carlo simulations of the nanodomain structure of oxides are presented, along with the diffraction patterns of such defective systems calculated by the Debye formula. © 2013 Allerton Press, Inc.
