摘要
A three-component reaction of acetylpyruvic acid esters, aromatic aldehydes, and heterylamines was used to synthesize 3-hydroxy-3-pyrrolin-2-ones containing heterocyclic substituents at the 1 position of the pyrroline ring. The effects of the heterocyclic substituent on the extent of anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions were studied. © 2008 Springer Science+Business Media, Inc.
