摘要
The chiral ligand-exchange stationary phase based on N-alkylphenylglycinol was synthesised and dynamically loaded onto octadecyl-silica. Efficiency of the chiral column and influence of various factors (concentration of copper (IT) ions, pH of the mobile phase, column temperature and organic modifier addition) on separation of enatiomers of alpha-amino acids were evaluated.
