摘要：
The basics for new and innovative metering pumps were developed at HSG-IMAT. A high accuracy of the delivery rate, a simple and modular design with a disposable pump unit and a set-up which is normally closed were the main goals of the development. Experimental results achieved with two demonstrators showed the large potential of the concept to cover a range of delivery rates from 0.1 to 1000 ml/h with only one pump unit at a back pressure of up to 800 mbar.
