The Research on Status and Problems of Graduate Employment under the Financial Crisis

The employment of university students not only has a close relationship with each student's own future and interests, but also with social stability and development. Employment of college graduates in China has become the hot issue of social concern. Under the influence of the global financial crisis, college students have to face even greater pressure on employment in 2009. This paper aims at researching the current employment situation and uses a comparative analysis research method to analyze the deep causes of the difficulties on college graduates' employment. Moreover, according to the situation of financial crisis, it has done a preliminary study of the present employment situation and the causes from the aspects of student's own factors, Colleges and Universities employment counseling system, employment services platform of the government, as well as the area of entrepreneurship education. At the same time, it submits the reasonable countermeasure aiming at the existence of question on college graduates' employment.
