摘要：

With the deepening financial crisis and the increasing of university graduates every year after expansion of enrollment, underemployment graduates phenomenon is spreading more widely and deeply. Based on the Graduate Employment Survey, from the macro and micro aspects, we studied and analyzed huge contradiction in employment, targeting to enhance the employability and competitiveness of university students, the specific measures to expand employment and achieve full employment for university students.
