摘要：

College graduates' employment problem has always been an issue concerned by the government and colleges' teachers and students. In recent years, with the increase of college graduates, the employment problem become more noticeable, and the employment pressure is obviously increased. Facing the gradually saturated employment market, too high requirements of the employers, weak employment ability of college students and instable employment mentality, the university students' employment difficulty is becoming more and more highlighted. In this paper, the university students' employment problems are analyzed based on how to improve college students' comprehensive quality
