Discussion and Analysis on Employment and Ideological and Political Education of University Students Under New Situation

The global fmancial crisis since the beginning of 2008 has the long impact on the world, with the most direct impact for university students including more severe status of employment and increasing pressure on employment. Impacted by the financial crisis, the ideological and moral status of university students has also undergone a lot of changes: intensified utilitarianism and pragmatism, distorted values of life; occurrence of hatred psychology to society, weakened outcomes of gratitude education; serious obsession in network; wrong attitudes to love and marriage; occurrence of feudal superstition; in order to eliminate the negative impact of crisis and actively deal with the employment pressure, the ideological and political education for university students must achieve the following aspects: analysis on reason should be profound and objective; implementation of ideological and moral education should be effective; content of ideological and moral education should be thoughtful and comprehensive; method of ideological and moral education should be scientific and flexible; position and team building of ideological and moral education should be continuous and stable.
