摘要
This dissertation analyzes the current status of EC (Electronic Commerce) development in China, and the main models of EC development of our country. At the same time, it carries out comparative analysis on problems lie in the development process of EC in our country, points out the discrepancy in EC development among the advanced countries and us, and the problems lie in various different EC development models at the present stages. Finally, it brings up several suggestions on EC development in our country.
