摘要：
Service outsourcing has increasingly emerged as an important tool for enabling business around the world. Comparing with the prosperous of China's manufacturing outsourcing, a perfect system of service outsourcing is not set up in China. It seeks to find some strategies for China service outsourcing, sharing prosperous in the process of global industry shift. It discusses the status and potential of service outsourcing industry in China, as a global player for ITO and BPO outsourcing. By literature review, some factors and secondary data are demonstrated in SWOT Matrix. Based on SWOT analysis, it focuses on the basic situation and tendency. Some strategy choices are also put forward in the end.
