摘要
In recent years, the regional migration of Zhejiang' private enterprises has been flourishing, which reflects the nature of the benefits of pursuing and mechanism flexibility. The reasons include not only the internal factors in enterprises, such as the entrepreneurship cultivated by traditional culture and niche changes of migrating enterprises, but also the external factors, such as the regional difference of production factors, the demonstrated effect of migrated enterprises, and external economies of the industrial clusters. The enterprise migration is a strategic decision made under dynamic circumstances with the consideration of the enterprise' own behavior, and the social and cultural backgrounds involved, which is also the foundation for a migrating enterprise to form its core competence. To maintain sustained growth, the migrating enterprise is supposed to obtain strategic resources on the basis of the regional production network, innovation network, and social network.
