摘要：
According to the traditional ideas obstacles of entrepreneurial social capital in private enterprises, the paper which uses structural holes theory and combines with the characteristics of the private enterprises in the different growth stages proposes the basic idea of private entrepreneurial social capital accumulation. The basic idea is structural autonomy, non-redundancy, third-party strategy and corporate growth; corresponding accumulation strategy is remedying holes, looking for holes and analyzing holes.
