摘要
By analyzing how to efficiently manage the customer resources in the new competition environment, this article brings forward the new management concept---customer relationship management (CRM), and analyzes the background, target of CRM, and customer care and customer satisfaction in CRM. Finally, the article elaborates on the culture characters which support CRM and the key of successful CRM implementation.
