Research on City Integration Situation of New Generation Rural Migrant Workers and Their Citizenization Management

Nowadays, the new generations of Rural-urban migrants are gradually becoming the main part of Rural-urban migrant. With the change of social environment, the process of the new generation of Rural-urban migrants' citizenization is unavoidably encountering dilemma and barriers. Chinese government as the executive of social management and innovation must take this problem seriously and solve the dilemma properly by using scientific social management. So that can make social harmony. This paper is going to study Citizenization management of the new generation of Rural-urban migrant by focusing on human capital, social capital and discrimination perception. Combined with field survey data, this paper will try to analyze the main problems which the new generation of Rural-urban migrant are facing and propose some solutions and suggestions for some specific matters.
