This article uses 10 individual cases, analyzing the factors of female migrant workers' rural-urban integration. Research results show that, female migrant workers' rural-urban integration is affected by many factors, which form a systems engineering: economic integration can make female migrant workers have the economic strength and confidence to conduct social communication in the city, and deeper social communication will provide them with more opportunities to improve economic conditions; social communication can also help female migrant workers narrow rural-urban cultural gaps, and promote psychological integration, while psychological identity will make their social network expand even further; the improvement of economic conditions can also deepen their belongingness toward the city, which will prompt them to work even harder to improve their economic conditions.
