摘要
Re ligands. The combinatorial assembly of independent modules A and B through oxorhenium(V) coordination was investigated, and the oxorhenium complexes A·ReVO·B were evaluated as novel ligands of cyclophilin hCyp-18. Two rhenium complexes that bind to hCyp-18 with an affinity more than one order of magnitude higher than that of the corresponding modules were selected from two libraries (288 rhenium complexes). © 2006 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
