The Practice and Consideration of Research Ability Cultivation of Application-oriented Undergraduates

Research ability plays an important part in application-oriented undergraduates. The paper explores the trinity training mode for undergraduates research ability, design of talent cultivating, the practice of teaching process and the improvement of teacher instruction level through the training analysis of undergraduate talents majoring in economic and management. Currently the major problems include insufficient understanding of research ability, the demanding of urgent improvement of teachers' research ability and the shortage of promoting training mechanism for research ability. People should think about how to cultivate undergraduates research ability from aspects of the understanding of research ability, teachers and training mechanism.
