摘要
Based on the actuality of China interior higher education and some real problems about talent training quality in China universities, this paper put forward and emphasized the importance of training students, knowledge applied ability in education and teaching of the application-oriented-institutes, and focused on the teaching principle of "question, apply, practice, innovation", discussed and carried out the teaching methods which include theory teaching, experiment teaching and graduation project, as well as extracurricular practice, innovation activities of science and technology. Obtained the excellent results.
