The application of system thinking in enterprises & public business management and innovation-oriented teaching mode

This paper emphatically describes the experiences and achievements of system thinking applied by Jiangsu Branch of China Academy of Science & Technology Development in enterprises & public business management and innovation-orientated teaching mode. Out of question, they expanded the scope of system thinking in China. At the same time, the concept of establishing learning organization was increasingly accepted by kinds of institutions. Systematic thinking is the core of five disciplines advocated by learning organizations. Whereas it is difficult to practice effectively. Some application examples revealed in the paper may be enlightening to these institutions who want to establish learning organizations.
